Ensemble's business strategy includes partnering with leading pharmaceutical companies, enabling partners to access Ensemble's proprietary technology and expertise through R&D collaborations and licensing arrangements.

Ensemble has established a number of high-value partnerships, including alliances with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer. In addition, in 2006, Ensemble became the first commercial partner of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

--Our alliance with BMS was established in April 2009. In this collaboration, Ensemble is deploying its platform technology against 8 exclusive high-value targets and the parties are collaborating on the development of pharmaceutical leads. BMS has the exclusive right to develop and commercialize products arising from the research program.

--Our alliance with Pfizer was established in January 2010. In this collaboration Ensemble is deploying its platform technology against a number of exclusive commercially valuable protein-protein interaction targets. The parties will collaborate on the discovery of leads against those targets and Pfizer will develop the molecules through the clinic and commercialize them.
